Night Breath-Hold Diving

Octopus spotted during a night breath-hold dive

About 4 hours

At night all cats are grey — let’s explore together the fascination of nocturnal animals. After a theoretical introduction to life in the sea, we focus specifically on the nighttime residents of the underwater world, with a short multimedia lecture on Mediterranean sharks and on octopuses — intelligence with eight arms.

Then, in smaller groups with a guide, we descend into the world of cephalopods, anemones, moray eels and other nocturnal creatures. The program lasts about four hours and is ideal for the whole family; children over 10 can take part on their own with parental permission. You’ll need a towel, swimming and/or breath-hold diving gear, something to eat and a good mood — full ABC gear, torches and wetsuits are available free of charge.
