Kayaking

By:Karas:Nikica.a.R.

You slowly paddle out into calm sea water and glide quietly in your kayak along the rocky, indented coastline. Cormorants appear beside the kayak and dance on the waves stirred up by your paddle. And then, loud and powerful, comes an exhale — startling and delighting you at once. You turn around and find yourself in the middle of a pod of dolphins. An indescribable feeling you’ll remember — one you’ll truly never forget. This isn’t fantasy, but a description of our guests’ experience.

Our Kayak Center is located in an idyllic bay in front of Glavotok campsite on Krk, one of Croatia’s most popular holiday islands — geographically, the bay lies between Malinska and the Valbiska ferry port. In a natural and beautiful bay, in the shade of oak trees and right by the beach, we offer guests an unforgettable experience, in a professional yet informal atmosphere. The center includes training, equipment rental and trips — either for you or arranged with you.

The kayak center offers you

  • A small kayak school
  • Half-day trips
  • One-day trips
  • Kayak safaris
  • Marine biology for kayakers
  • Equipment rental, from paddles to boats
  • Hot showers and toilets within the campsite
  • A beach bar with a terrace for 80–100 people

Our staff speak German, English, Croatian, Italian and Dutch. If someone in your family doesn’t kayak, they can join another, equally interesting part of our comprehensive program. You’re welcome with us at any time.
