Services

These terms cover the services I.R.T.D.A. d.o.o. provides directly: diving courses and trips, diving/pressure-equipment service, equipment rental, and kayaking/SUP and marine-biology programs. Accommodation and travel packages offered together with our partner agency (Kvarnerline) are booked under separate terms provided to you at the time of that booking.

Bookings and prices

Bookings are arranged directly by email or phone (contact details in the Reservation section on the homepage). Course and service prices are listed in our current price list; group discounts are agreed at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in euros.

Payment

Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, by card, or in instalments by arrangement.

Health requirements and safety

Some diving courses require a medical certificate confirming fitness to dive (see FAQ). Participants must truthfully inform the Center of any health condition that could affect safe participation before an activity begins. Diving and related water activities carry inherent risk; participants take part following the instructor’s guidance and the Center’s safety rules.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling terms for a confirmed booking are agreed at the time of booking, depending on the service.

Right to complain

Under Croatian consumer-protection law (Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act), you may submit a written complaint:

We will respond in writing within 15 days of receiving your complaint.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may pursue out-of-court resolution under Croatian consumer-protection law. For contracts concluded online, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and all services are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Rijeka.
